These Terms of Service govern your use of TechHealthcheck.com and TechReady360™ — the Security Technology Health Check — which are operated by the operator of TechHealthcheck.com.

Who these Terms are with
the operator of TechHealthcheck.com (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates TechHealthcheck.com and provides TechReady360™, a Security Technology Health Check. By using the site or the assessment, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the assessment
You may use TechReady360™ to assess a business you own, operate or are authorized to represent. You agree to provide accurate information.
You may not use the platform to submit false or malicious data, attempt to access assessments that are not yours, or interfere with its operation.
Intellectual property
The TechReady360™ methodology, question set, scoring model, report format and branding are owned by the Company.
You may use and share your own report internally and with your advisors. You may not resell it, or reproduce the methodology as your own product.
Services and pricing
Prices shown for the Security Technology & Operations Review and Fractional Technology Advisor retainer are indicative and may change. Final scope and pricing are confirmed in a written engagement agreement.
Booking a call does not create an engagement or a payment obligation.
Availability
We aim to keep the platform available, but we provide it as-is and without warranty of uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which TechHealthcheck.com operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
The specific governing state and venue for disputes are being confirmed and will be stated here once finalized. Nothing in this section waives any right you may have under the law of your own jurisdiction.
Records and data retention
Assessment responses, scores and reports are stored so you can return to your results. How long we keep them, how you can request deletion or anonymization, and the limited cases where we must keep records longer are set out in our privacy policy, which governs those questions.
If you ask us to close your record or delete your data, your assessment history and previous reports may no longer be available to you.

These Terms operate alongside our privacy policy and informational disclaimer. Where a signed engagement agreement exists, that agreement takes precedence for the services it covers.
