Use of the assessment

You may use TechReady 360™ to assess a business you own, operate or are authorised to represent. You agree to provide accurate information.

You may not use the platform to submit false or malicious data, attempt to access assessments that are not yours, or interfere with its operation.

Intellectual property

The TechReady 360™ methodology, question set, scoring model, report format and branding are owned by Tiercode.

You may use and share your own report internally and with your advisors. You may not resell it, or reproduce the methodology as your own product.

Services and pricing

Prices shown for the Comprehensive Technology Health Review and the Fractional Technology Advisor retainer are indicative and may change. Final scope and pricing are confirmed in a written engagement agreement.

Booking a call does not create an engagement or a payment obligation.

Availability

We aim to keep the platform available, but we provide it as-is and without warranty of uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

Governing terms

These terms operate alongside our privacy policy and informational disclaimer. Where a signed engagement agreement exists, that agreement takes precedence for the services it covers.
